Ive traveled a unique road that has taken me on a beautiful healing journey. I’ve now made it my life's mission to help others heal by sharing my expertise, so they, too, can experience the freedom and power that comes from being liberated, lovingly embodied, and nourished from authentic connections.

In my free time, I love to weight lift, box, hike, and I love a good lagree class. Im almost always reading and learning something new that will help me be an even better person and practitioner.
