Hello! My name is Lauren.

I'm here to help you remember who you truly are, to help you see beyond the stories, and to experience the felt sense of your body in connection with a skilled practitioner ~ perhaps for the first time.

My sessions will help you unwind from the busyness of life (let go of that monkey mind!) and empower you to create a new relationship with your mind, body, heart, spirit, and soul. I will teach you ways to awaken your energy, live an authentic life, and create healthy and sustainable relationships.

My clientele ranges in age, gender, and relationship status. Together we set a container based on clear boundaries and mutual consent. I welcome your curiosity and your full authentic expression; AND I respect whatever life circumstance, relationship, or partnership you currently choose to be in. In my world it's not either or, it's both and more.
