Ive traveled a unique road thats taken me on a beautiful healing journey. Ive now made it my lifes mission to help others heal by sharing my expertise, so they, too, can experience the freedom and power that comes from being liberated, lovingly embodied, and nourished from authentic connections.
When working with clients, I use a relational way of being. This means I will share real time feedback on how you affect me. This helps us both to have the most connected and nourishing experience possible.
In my free time I weight lift, go to lagree classes, box, hike, and am always listening and learning new research on emotional and relational intelligence that helps me deepen my work with my clients.
